USDT budget, whole keys, Steam Market prices and estimated fees: what Steam Value Lab shows and what it does not promise.
An item, not a promise of returns
A Mann Co. Supply Crate Key is a specific TF2 item. A key received through a trade enters the selected Steam account's inventory. Its Steam Market value can change; holding an item does not guarantee a sale at the displayed price.
Steam Value Lab compares a purchase budget with current key value on Steam. It does not create an order, reserve keys or send a trade.
Reading a USDT budget
The calculator uses the shop's current key price and counts whole keys. Purchase cost and unspent budget are shown separately. Inventory and purchase limits may constrain an actual purchase even when the budget is sufficient.
The purchase form calculates your order total separately. Its price is valid for a limited time. Check the quantity, recipient, network and total before creating an order.
Steam USD and shop USDT
Steam key value is shown in USD using available market data. Shop purchases use USDT. USD and USDT are shown separately. The calculator compares their numerical values without converting currencies.
The combined Steam market value is shown before fees. Estimated Steam Wallet credit after fees appears separately.
How estimated Steam Wallet credit is calculated
The calculator deducts the fee percentage shown beside the result from each key’s price. It rounds down to cents per key, then multiplies by the number of keys.
This is an estimate of Steam Wallet credit, not withdrawable cash. Steam Market prices and actual sale conditions can change. Missing market data are shown as unavailable.

Check available inventory and the total in the purchase form. Steam market prices may change. Make sure the Trade URL identifies your intended Steam recipient and the payment network matches your transfer.
