A few things worth knowing before you start.
Do I need to sign in to read help?+
No. Help, Steam Value Lab and TF2 key prices and history are public. Orders, your private account and support require sign-in with Steam or Telegram.
Can I trade with a different Steam account?+
Yes. Your sign-in account can differ from your trading account. Enter the intended recipient's or sender's Trade URL and check the account found by the form.
When do I see the final amount?+
Before confirming an order, in the order form. Check the price, network, fee and total. When paying, follow the created order's instructions.
I paid, but the status has not changed. What should I do?+
Open the existing order in history. Do not pay again. If you need help, provide support with the order ID, network and transaction hash.
Need help with an order?
Have your order ID ready and describe where you need help. If you have already paid or sent keys, continue with the existing order.
