Support for your order
Sign in to your shop account with Steam or Telegram and open support. A request linked to your existing order helps identify its payment, trade or payout.

If the amount, network or status is wrong
Do not repeat a payment or create a second order for the same trade. Open your current order and support; provide the order number, network and transaction hash. The outcome depends on verification of the actual payment; automatic credit or a refund is not promised here.
What not to send
Do not send your Steam password, login codes, seed phrase, private keys or full trade URL containing its token. Use the order number and public transaction hash to identify an operation.
