Common situations
- Payment sent but not confirmed: check the transaction on the selected network and follow your order. Do not pay again.
- The payment window expired after sending USDT, or the amount differs: open support for this order.
- Steam offer ready: open it from the status and check whether you need to accept or confirm it.
- Trade or payout under review: follow the current order. For restrictions imposed by Steam, use Steam's help.
What to tell support
Include the order ID, whether you were buying or selling, the visible status and what happened. For a USDT transfer, add the network and transaction hash.
Support requires sign-in with Steam or Telegram. Do not attach your password, Steam Guard codes, Trade URL or wallet seed phrase.
