Signing in to your account
Use the site’s Steam or Telegram sign-in button. Once signed in, open your account to see your purchases and sales.
Help, Steam Value Lab and TF2 key prices and history can be viewed without signing in. Your private account, order history and order support require sign-in with Steam or Telegram.
Your trading account can be different
The account you sign in with gives you access to your shop orders. The Trade URL in the form selects the Steam account taking part in the trade.
You can enter a trade link for another account you own. Before creating an order, check that the form found the correct recipient or sender.
Finding your order
- Sign in to the shop account that created the order, using its linked Steam or Telegram account.
- Open history and find the purchase or sale using its order ID and current status.
- If you need help, open support and include the order ID.
